Lead Installer/On-Site Construction Coordinator
Description/Typical Tasks:
1. Lead Install team to integrate physical systems.
2. Rent equipment for install (lifts, ladders, scaffolds, etc)
3. Perform daily reporting, customer training and Site Acceptance Testing.
4. Work with customer project team (A&E, Construction Firms, and Building Services) and company's subcontractors.
5. Develop install plans and resource requirements for installs efforts.
Minimum Requirements
1. Relevant work experience. (3-5 year minimum experience requested)
2. Good Communications Skills and Customer Relations Skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple resources at once.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. (Excel, Word, Outlook,etc)
5. Ability to read mechanical, construction and electrical drawings and plans.
6. Good Mechanical Aptitude.
7. Experience installing mechanical systems into commercial buildings.
8. Experience working with architects, engineers, construction firms and commercial facilities departments.
